滦河流域纳污能力分析与水资源保护措施

Analysis of Environmental Carrying Capacity of Luanhe Basin and Water Conservation Measures

近年来,随着工农业和社会的不断发展,大量的工农业和生活废污水排入河道,使得水环境污染状况越来越严重,文中针对滦河流域现状分析计算了各水功能区设计流量情况下的纳污能力、限制排污总量及污染物削减量,并提出相应的限排建议和水资源保护措施。

In recent years, with the continuous development of industry and agriculture and society, much industrial, agricultural and domestic sewage has been discharged into rivers, and the water pollution is getting more and more serious. According to the status of Luanhe Basin, this paper analyzes and calculates the environmental carrying capacity, limited discharge capacity, and pollutant reduction amount of every water function zone under the condition of design discharge. At last, it puts forward the corresponding suggestions of water limiting, as well as water resources protection measures.
