Based on the cause analysis of tripping and closing non-synchronous fault in a routine test of LW6-220HW circuit breaker, the paper proposes the management measures which should be taken in the equipments in abnormal condition after condition-based maintenance. It has the positive meaning in improving the healthy level of equipments.
