摘要
ISO9141-2是常用的汽车诊断协议,本文通过对ISO9141-2的分析设计了与汽车OBD-Ⅱ接口的硬件,在硬件结构基础上设计了基于嵌入式实时操作系统的OBD-Ⅱ诊断协议框架,并在基于Cortex-M3内核的CPU上实现了此协议,成功读取了车辆的OBD-Ⅱ系统数据。经过实际车辆测试表明,本设计方案具有体积小、低功耗和低成本等特点,具有广阔的应用前景。
ISO9141-2 is a protocol which is commonly used in automotive diagnostic, the automotive OBD-Ⅱ interface hardware was designed by analysis of IS09141-2 protocol. The OBD-Ⅱ diagnostic protocol framework which used RTOS was designed based on the hardware structure and was implemented Cortex-M3 core-based CPU, the OBD-Ⅱ system data was read successfully. In the actual vehicle testing shows that this design not only has the characteristic of small size, low power and low cost, but also has broad prospect of application.
