跟骨钢板治疗移位肩胛骨骨折

Treatment of Displaced Scapular Fractures by Calcaneal Plate

目的:探讨跟骨钢板治疗明显移位肩胛骨骨折的手术疗效。方法:2006年4月至2009年10月,应用跟骨钢板治疗明显移位的肩胛骨骨折14例。结果:14例患者均获随访,随访时间12～42个月,平均28月。根据Hardegger功能评分标准,优8例,良4例,可1例,差1例。结论:跟骨钢板治疗明显移位肩胛骨骨折临床疗效较为满意。

Objective：To review the operative efficacy of calcaneal plate for treating severe displaced scapula fractures.Methods：Between April 2006 to October 2009,14 patients with severe displaced scapula fractures were treated with open reduction and calcaneal plate internal fixation.Results： All patients were followed up 12 to 42 months（mean,28months）.According to the Hardegger evaluation method,the results were classified as excellent in 8,good in 4,fair in 1 and poor in 1.Conclusions： The Treatment of Severe displaced scapula fractures with calcaneal plate can get satisfactory clinical outcome.
