农村与城市司法精神医学鉴定临床特点对照研究

目的:通过对农村与城市司法精神医学鉴定资料的对照研究来探讨地域差别在鉴定中的差异。方法:将司法精神医学鉴定中农村与城市案卷资料逐一登记并进行回顾性分析,对多项临床特点进行比较。结果:①两组受教育程度在文盲、小学、高中、大学有统计学意义(x2分别为21.75、6.21、20.74、44.11,P<0.05);②两组案件类型被强奸案、民事能力有统计学意义(x2分别为26.28、14.20,P<0.05);③两组鉴定诊断为精神发育迟滞有统计学意义(x2=5.98,P=0.01);④两组评定为无行为能力有统计学意义(x2=4.53,P=0.03)。结论:司法精神医学鉴定中农村和城市一般人口学特征、案件类型、鉴定诊断等方面存在有一定的差别,应注意不同地域对案件鉴定的影响,以避免做出错误的结论。

Objective：Through to the regional differences between rural and urban in identification controlled study to explore two clinical characteristics.Methods：Psychiatry exert identifications will judicial spirit identification of urban and rural files material register one by one and were analyzed retrospectively,compared to many clinical features.Results： ①Education degree by two groups in illiteracy,elementary school,high school and college have statistically significant（x2=21.75,20.74,44.11,6.21,P0.05）.②Rape type and civil capacity of the two groups have statistically significant（x2=26.28,14.20,P0.05）.③The mental retardation two groups of appraisal diagnosis have statistically significant（x2= 5.98,P=0.01）.④two groups are assessed as incapacitated have statistical significance（x2=4.53,P=0.03）.Conclusions： Psychiatry exert identifications about general demographic characteristics,types,appraisal diagnosis cases of rural and urban,there are certain aspects of difference,should pay attention to different regions,and the influence of the case identification and avoid making the wrong conclusion.
