医务人员对针刺伤的认知及针刺伤后心理状况分析

Medical staff awareness of the needle stick injuries and psychological status after injury of acupuncture

目的:了解我院医务人员对针刺伤的认知及针刺伤后的心理状态。方法:对130名医务人员采用问卷式调查。结果:75.4%的医务人员认为针刺伤不可避免,68.7%的医务人员担心针刺伤后感染肝炎,52%的医务人员认为针刺伤后容易感染,27.7%的医务人员针刺伤后有恐惧心理。结论:大多数医务人员认为针刺伤后心理状态为紧张害怕且无可奈何,因为他们意识到针刺伤的危害性,认为针刺伤不可避免及受伤后缺乏必要的支持系统;少数医务人员对针刺伤的后果认识不足。

Objective：Understand the hospital medical staff on the acupuncture needle injury after injury,cognitive and psychological state.Methods：130 medical staff on the use of a questionnaire-type survey.Results： 75.4% of medical personnel is inevitable that the stab wounds,68.7% of medical staff worried about hepatitis infection after needle stick injuries,52% of the medical staff that is easily infected with stab wounds,27.7% of medical personnel after needle stick injuries fear.Conclusions： Most medical personnel after needle stick injuries that the psychological state of intense fear and helplessness,because they recognize the danger of needle stick injuries,that needle stick injuries and injury inevitably lack the necessary support systems;a small number of medical personnel on needle stick injuries the consequences of lack of knowledge.
