摘要
目的:探讨循证医学在感染内科实习生带教中的应用效果。方法:选择临床实习学生36例,随机分为两组。循证教学组18例,按照循证医学教育模式进行带教,与按照传统教学法实习生18名(传统教学组)进行理论与技能训练的效果比较。结果:循证教学组在训练实习生理论学习及技能方面优于传统教学组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:循证医学教育模式符合目前医学发展趋势,应用循证医学能更好地指导临床教学,并有助于学生临床思维能力的培养。
Objective:To investigate evidence-based medicine in the clinical teaching of Department of Infectious Diseases.Methods:36 cases of students were selected and divided at random into two groups,(Evidence-based teaching group),according to evidence-based mode of teaching in medical education,as well as 18 students with the traditional teaching method(traditional education group) in comparison with the effect of theory and skills training.Results: Evidence-based teaching students in the training group theory and master the skills was superior to the traditional teaching group,the difference was significant(P0.05).Conclusions: As a rising medical science,evidence-based medicine should be extensively used.using evidence-based medicine is helpful to the cultivation of students'clinical thinking abilities,to better guide medical education and teaching in the field of clinical.
