恩替卡韦联合干扰素和利巴韦林治疗HBV/HCV共感染获理想治疗终点1例报告

摘要 对于HBV和HCV共同感染患者,一般首选干扰素加利巴韦林治疗,但疗效欠佳[1]。本文报道1例核苷类似物联合IFN-α和利巴韦林治疗慢性乙型肝炎/慢性丙型肝炎共感染患者,取得了理想的效果,现将临床资料报道如下。
