摘要
针对考评标准试行阶段中存在的与现行法律法规、标准等不一致的内容进行分析探讨,提出了复评中重大危险源的处理方式以及修订考评标准相关内容的建议,为修订完善考评标准提供参考借鉴。
Food manufacturing safety assessment rating of standardized criteria reflects the specific require-ments of the laws and regulations and the standard procedures,from management elements to equipment and facilities required,site conditions,etc.This paper analyzes the content of evaluation standards that exist in the pilot phase is inconsistent in existing laws and regulations and standards.The recommendations put forward about the treatment of major hazard in re-evaluation and revised evaluation criteria,to improve the evaluation criteria for the revision of reference.
