基于图像特征的花生贮藏时间识别方法研究

摘要 贮藏时间对花生的品质存在影响,这种影响和表皮的色泽变化存在相关性。为了利用视觉技术快速检测花生贮藏时间,进行了不同包装方式下的花生常温贮藏试验,研究了花生表皮颜色、光泽随贮藏时间的变化规律。结果表明:不同包装的花生其颜色、光泽反映出相同的变化规律。最后,以室温贮藏、薄膜包装花生为例,利用马氏距离判别准则建立了H、S、V三个颜色特征值参数与贮藏时间之间的关系模型,验证结果表明,识别准确率为87.5%,利用花生的图形特征可以有效地评判花生贮藏时间。 Storage time affects the quality of peanut, this effect concerns with the change of erpidermic luster. In order to use visual technology to fast detect peanut storage time, the storage tests was carried on the peanut under normal temperature with different packaging ways, and it was studied on the variation of peanut epidermic color and luster with the storage time. The result showed that the peanut with different packing had the same color and luster variation. Finally, the peanut with film packaging and under normal temperature was taken as example, the relational model between the three parameters of H, S, V color characteristic value and the storage time was established with Mahalanobis distance criterion. Verification results showed that the recognition rate of accuracy was 87. 5 %. The graphical features of peanut could effectively judge the peanut storage time.
