摘要
随着经济全球化的到来,企业间的并购愈加频繁,通过人力资源尽职调查,可以大大提高企业成功并购的概率。本文首先分析了人力资源尽职调查的内涵及主要形式,接着分别从企业文化、人事基础信息、培训与发展、薪酬与福利、员工劳动关系管理等方面分析其主要内容,最后总结出人力资源尽职调查的必要性。
As the advent of economic globalization,more and more mergers and acquisitions occurred among enterprises,It can greatly enhance the probability of business successfully merger through human resource due diligence. Firstly this article analyzes the meaning of human resources due dilligenee and its main methods, and then, analyzes the main content from corporate culture, personnel basic information, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee labor relations management separately. Finally, this article eoncluds the necessity of human resource due diligence.
