摘要
党的十七届五中全会通过"十二五规划"建议,明确了"十二五规划"的主线是:加快转变经济发展方式。为贯彻落实两会精神,福建省提出"十二五"规划。在此背景下,本文分析了福建经济发展方式仍呈粗放型的各种表现,并从减轻资源和环境压力、落实科学发展观和促进经济平稳健康发展这三方面来阐述福建加快转变经济发展方式的紧迫性和必要性。
The Fifth Plenary session of the 17th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China adopted ＂CPC Central Committee＇s Proposal for formulating the 12th Five--Year program for China＇s Economic and Social Development（2011 2015）＂. It was clear about that accelerating the transformation of the economic development mode is the main topic. For carrying out the two meetings spirit, Fujian put forward ＂the 12th Five Year plan＂ . In this background, this article analyzes all kinds of performance of Fujian＇s economic development mode. This paper from reducing resources, environmental pressure and carry out the scientific development concept and promote steady economic health development these three aspects to elaborate the urgency and necessity of speeding up the transformation of economic development mode.
