基于人—机—环系统观点的高校实验室建设措施探讨

高校实验室作为实践性教学的主要基地之一,已经成为新时期培养创新型人才及建设研究型大学不可缺少的重要组成部分。针对目前高校实验室建设管理中存在的不足,以人—机—环系统观点为基础,将高校实验室的健康运行看做由人（教师）、机（实验仪器）和环境（管理制度）组成的闭环,认为实验教师是根本、仪器设备是基础、管理制度是关键,只有三者协调发展,才能真正将人才培养目标落到实处,也才能真正实现高校实验室的价值。

As a main area of practical teaching in colleges and universities,laboratory has become an important and indispensable component in the new era for cultivating innovative talents and building research universities. Aim at the shortcomings of Laboratory Construction and management in colleges and universities,on the basis of man-machine-environment system viewpoint,the healthy operation of the university laboratory is viewed as a closed cycle,which are composed of man（teachers） ,machine（experimental apparatus） and environment（managerial system） . Only 3 fields harmonious development,can talent training objectives be put into effect,and can laboratory realize truly value.
