The dynamic visual technology has two characteristics which are the math principle and math visualization. Based on the psychology of math concept,the function of teaching math concept by the dynamic visual technology mainly reflects on five aspects：enriching the perception of concept,strengthening the operation of concept,precipitating the abstracting of concept,promoting the summarizing of concept,highlighting the meaning of symbols of concept.
