护理院校人文素质教育与思想政治教育的结合

Combine Humanistic Quality Education with Ideological and Political Education in Nursing College

随着我国医患纠纷逐渐增多,人们不但对护理这一职业的专业知识和技能要求逐渐增高,而且对护士的人文素质教育和整体素养的要求也日趋增强。护理院校作为护理人才培养的摇篮,护生的人文素质教育得到广泛关注。思想政治教育是护理院校人文教育的重要部分。论述护理院校人文素质教育的重要性和不足,以及如何通过加强思想政治教育中的人文素质教育来提高护理专业学生的人文修养。

With the gradual increase of doctor-patient dispute,not only the profession of nursing knowledge and skill requirements,but the humanistic quality education for nurses and overall quality requirements are becoming increasingly enhanced. Nursing college as the cradle of the Humanistic quality of the education of nursing students has received extensive attention. Ideological and political education is an important part of humanistic quality education. This article discusses the importance and the lack of humanistic quality education of the nursing college,and how to strengthen ideological and political education in the humanities to improve the quality of education for nursing students.
