矿产资源型县域经济发展的困境与出路——关于河北省鹿泉市县域经济发展转型的调查报告

The Plight and Outlets of Economy Development of Mineral Resources Dependent County ——the Research on Development Transition on the Mineral Resources Dependent County Economy of Luquan in Hebei

矿产资源型县域经济要实现可持续发展,必须突破矿产资源的约束,改造升级传统产业,大力发展新兴产业,依靠解放思想和技术进步,做强做优经济社会发展环境,实施县域经济发展方式的转型。以河北省鹿泉市为例进行了实地调查研究,总结了一些做法,提出了一些启示和建议。

For continuable economic development in prefectural area with mineral resources, it should break through the restriction of mineral resources, alter and improve traditional industry, strive to develop emerging industry, make development circumstance in economic society more better based on emancipating the mind and technical progress, and then realize economy development reform in prefectural area. This text carries out investigation in Luquan county Hebei province, and found some practical methods on it, as the same time it offers some apocalypse and suggestions.
