摘要 讨论了热处理温度和保温时间对铁硅化合物相转变的影响。通过一系列的热处理试验总结铁硅化合物的相变规律,得出了制备β-FeSi2最佳的工艺参数。结果表明:掺杂Cu的燃烧合成产物经过热处理可显著增强β-FeSi2相,减少了α-Fe2Si5相;当铁硅原子比x(Fe)∶x(Si)=1∶3,热处理条件为800℃、2h时完全消除了α-Fe2Si5相,β-FeSi2相峰值最强,产物颗粒尺寸明显减小,大尺寸颗粒消失,内部组织比较均匀。 Thermoelectric material β-FeSi2 was prepared by the method of self-propagating-heat treatment process.The effect of heat treatment temperature and holding time on the the phase transformation of Fe-Si intermetallics were studied.The laws of the phase transformation of Fe-Si intermetallics and reasonable parameters were summarized by a series of heat-treatment tests.The results show that combustion products doped Cu can improve β-FeSi2 and decrease α-Fe2Si5 phase to a large extent after heat-treatment.When the atomic ratio of x(Fe)∶ x(Si) is 1∶ 3,and the heat treatment temperature is 800℃ and time 2h,α-Fe2Si5 phase is eliminated absolutely,the diffraction peak of β-FeSi2 displays the maximum value.Further more,the particle size of products reduce significantly,large-size particles disappear,and the internal structure of products become more uniform.
