摘要
近年来,汽车发动机都要求较高使用性能来说,阀座的使用环境日益严酷。一般而言,设计的阀座材料的耐磨性,都是用实际发动机耐久试验评定的,试验时间都需要许多小时。在这项研究中,为柴油发动机排气阀座选择的材料制定了一个评定方法。这种评定方法是根据模拟试验和发动机耐久试验间的关系研制出的。通过对硬度与磨损间关系的多变量分析,开发出了一种耐磨性优异的、成本低廉的阀座材料。
Concerning the higher performance requirements for automotive engines in recent years,the operational environment for valve seats has become more and more severe.Generally,wear resistance of the designated valve seat material is evaluated by actual engine durability testing,requiring many hours of test time.In this research,it was established the performance evaluation method of materials selected for exhaust valve seats in diesel engines.The evaluation method was developed on the correlation between a simulation test and an engine durability test.Through multivariate analysis and research concerning the relationship between hardness and wear,a low cost valve seat material with superior wear resistance,was developed.
