浅谈基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术需注意的几个问题

随着当今微创外科技术的迅速发展,腹腔镜胆囊切除手术的应用已经成为治疗结石性胆囊炎、胆囊息肉的"金标准"术式。因其具有创伤小、粘连轻、瘢痕少、恢复快的优势而被成千上万患者所认同。我院从2006年10月开展腹腔镜胆囊切除手术以来,总共施行手术患者有320例。本文通过这320例患者的临床资料进行总结来探讨基层医院开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术需注意的几个问题。
