浅谈腹腔镜卵巢手术对患者卵巢功能的影响

目的:探讨腹腔镜卵巢手术的疗效及其对患者卵巢功能的影响。方法:应用腹腔镜为我院73例卵巢囊肿患者进行腹腔镜卵巢手术。待手术结束后,观察患者的疗效及其卵巢功能的变化。结果:此73例患者的手术均顺利完成,且术后均未出现切口感染、出血、皮下气肿、尿潴留和其他脏器损害等术后并发症。术后,经B超检查和实验室检查,此73例患者的卵巢大小均在正常范围;促卵泡激素(FSH)和黄体生成素(LH)的水平较手术前有明显的提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);雌二醇(E2)和孕酮(P)的水平与手术前没有明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用腹腔镜卵巢手术治疗卵巢囊肿具有创伤小、出血少、腹腔干扰少、患者康复快、对患者的输卵管和卵巢功能影响小等优点,是一种值得在临床上推广和应用的卵巢囊肿治疗法。

Objective：Discuss the curative effect of laparoscopic ovarian surgery and postoperative to the influence of ovarian function. Methods：Watch our eye research in March 2010-in March 2011, to 73cases of patients with ovarian cyst laparoscopic surgery, and observe the curative effect of postoperative patients, as well as to the blood estradiol, progesterone, follicletimulating hormone erythropoietin determination and corpus luteum compared the change of the hormone levels, evaluation of postoperative laparoscopic surgery patients with the influence of ovarian function. Results：73 laparoscopic surgery patients are performed, ovarian successfully completed, operation in no required open laparotomy patients. Postoperative all did not appear the surgical incision infection and bleeding, subcutaneous emphysema, urine retention and viscera damage. After the surgery, patients ovarian B ultrasonic examination in the normal range are ovarian size, all of the patients for recovery and released. Follow-up menstrual cramps flat, did not see the periods anomalies, and cyst recurrence. After surgery FSH and LH detection results before the operation improved obviously, obvious difference, After surgery and P detection results E2 before surgery, no difference did not change significantly. Conclusion：Laparoscopic surgery ovarian cyst with trauma light, less bleeding, abdominal less disturbance, length of hospital stay, quicker recovery and short of fallopian tube and ovary function damage the advantages of small, clinical popularization.
