摘要
目的:探讨专人带教法在手术室护生实习教学中应用的效果。方法:将60名于2011年1月~2011年6月在我院手术室实习的护生随机分为两组,其中一组为研究组(30名),带教护士对研究组护生采用专人带教法进行教学;另一组为对照组,带教护士对对照组护生采用传统带教法进行教学。在带护生实习结束后,对两组护生进行有关理论知识和实际操作技能的考核,并比较两组护生的成绩差异和对带教方法的满意度。结果:研究组护生的理论知识和操作技能的平均成绩分别为(87.3±21.6)分、(88.4±20.3)分,成绩优良率分别为83.3%、90.0%,对专人带教法的满意度为70.0%。结论:专人带教法能够有效提高护生学习的积极性,提高护生的实习效果。
Objective: To discuss the application of specially-assigned clinical teacher in Training nursing students in operating room. Methods :All 60 nursing students from Jan. to Jun. 2011 were deviled into two groups randomly. There were 30 students in each group. The study group was given specially-assigned clinical teacher, while the control group was given conventional approach. After the field trip, the two groups took part in the test of theoretical knowledge and operating practice. The satisfaction of two groups for clinical teaching was surveyed. Results:The theoretical knowledge score of the study group was 87.3+21.6,good rate was 83.3%,which were higher than the control group(P〈0.01). The operating practice score of the study group was 88.4±20.3,good rate was 90. 0%,which were higher than the control group(P 〈 0.01 ).The satisfaction of study group was higher than the control group(P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion.Specially-assigned clinical teacher can enhance the students' enthusiasm, and enhance the effect of internship.
