对应用微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床分析

摘要 目的:探讨微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效及相关影响因素。方法:收集32例原发性三叉神经痛患者,行枕下乙状窦后入路微血管减压术,记录术中情况,探讨手术疗效,对可能影响手术疗效的年龄、性别、患侧、病程、压迫程度和减压程度等因素进行分析。结果:对年龄、性别、患侧、病程、神经压迫程度和减压程度进行统计学分析,提示年龄、性别、患侧与手术疗效无明显相关性(P>0.05),病程、神经压迫程度和减压程度与手术疗效之间有相关性(P<0.05)。结论:影响微血管减压手术疗效的因素主要有病程、神经压迫程度和减压程度,因此,对于明确诊断的患者,早期行微血管减压术,术中全程探查三叉神经,予以完全减压,能更好地提高患者的手术疗效。
