不同手势输液穿刺时患者的疼痛反应护理体会

目的:探讨采用不同穿刺输液手势时患者的疼痛反应及临床护理体会。方法:将我院2010年10月～2011年2月收治的94例患者采用不同的手势输液穿刺。在患者来院治疗的单日采用握手式的穿刺方法为其进行输液,在患者来院治疗的双日采用握拳式穿刺方法为其进行输液。在为患者连续穿刺2日后,比较两种穿刺输液手势时患者的疼痛感。结果:采用手握式穿刺方法,患者的疼痛感较轻,静脉充盈度更加明显,穿刺的成功率明显高于握拳式穿刺方法,经统计学分析,p<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:采用手握式穿刺方法能够有效地降低患者的穿刺痛苦,提高护士的穿刺成功率,值得在临床上推广使用。

objective Study patients＇ pain response and clinical nursing experiense when using different puncture types. Methods From October 2010 to February 2011, use different puncture types on 94 paitients in our hospital. Use hand shaking hands method if the patients come to hosiptal for treatment on odd-numbered days, use fist clenching method if the patients come to hosiptal for treatment on even-numbered days, continued puncture on patients for two days, then compare the patients＇feeling of pain for two punctures. Result When using and shaking hands method ,the patients＇ pain was reduced significantly, angioplerosis is more apparent,the sucessful rate is significantly higher than using fist clenching method. After analysed by statistics,p 〈 0.05, The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Using the and shaking hands method can excellently reduce pain, improve success rate of puncture by nurses,worth to promote in clinial use.
