对实施深静脉置管术患者的护理体会

护理学是一门实践性很强的学科,而深静脉穿刺置管也是每个学习护理专业的学员在工作中需要掌握的操作技术之一。深静脉穿刺置管是是危重、大手术及慢性消耗性疾病患者进行中心静脉压监测、输液、输血、血液透析和实施完全胃肠外营养最有效的途径之一。具有保留时间长、操作简单、输液种类广泛、导管弹性好等优点。但如果置管后护理不当,不但影响置管的继续使用,而且也会给患者造成不必要的痛苦及经济损失。笔者在长期的护理工作中,积累了一些经验,现整理如下,供同行参考。
