浅谈静脉留置针的临床应用及使用此针进行护理的体会

目的:探讨静脉留置针在临床工作中的应用以及护理方法。方法:对来我院看病期间进行输液治疗的患者应用静脉留置针,减少静脉穿刺次数,延长静脉穿刺间隔时间,减轻患者痛苦,使输液更加方便,保证静脉用药。结果:进行静脉留置针输液治疗的患者在临床应用、留置时间、并发症的预防以及对患者静脉留置期间的护理均获得成功。结论:静脉留置针的临床应用,只要做到遵守严格的无菌操作程序,具备熟练的操作技能及穿刺术后掌握好护理要点,就能避免并发症的发生,节省开支,减少静脉穿刺次数,减少护理人员的工作压力。

objective to explore the clinical work lien vein needle and application of nursing methods. Method to see a doctor to our during treatment with intravenous infusion application, reduce needle lien venipuncture times, extend the venipuncture interval, alleviate the pain, make more convenient, ensure infusion intravenous administration. The needle of transfusion treatment vein lien in patients with clinical application, lien time, the prevention of complications and to patients during the lien vein nursing are a success. Conclusion the clinical application of lien vein needle, as long as do keep strict aseptic operation procedure, also have good skills and after percutaneous grasp the nursing key points, can avoid complications and save money, reduce venipuncture, reduce the number of nursing work pressure.
