兰索拉唑联合多潘立酮治疗56例反流性食管炎的临床分析

目的:探讨反流性食管炎的用药选择和临床疗效。方法:根据临床症状和胃镜结果确诊的56例反流性食管炎患者随机分为两组,各28例。一组运用多潘立酮和雷尼替丁。二组运用多潘立酮和兰索拉唑。治疗8周后观察其临床症状、胃镜改变程度以及不良反应。结果:兰索拉唑组总有效率96.4%,雷尼替丁组总有效率78.5%。结论:兰索拉唑联合多潘立酮是治疗RE安全有效的方法,有极高的可靠性。

Objective：To evaluate reflux esophagitis clinical drug selection and clinical efficacy.Methods：According to the results of the clinical symptoms and diagnosed 56 cases of endoscopic reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into two groups,all 28 cases.A group using domperidone and ranitidine.Two groups using domperidone and lansoprazole. After 8 weeks,endoscopic observation of clinical symptoms.degree of change andadverse reactions.Results：Lansoprazole group, the total effective rate 96.4%,ranitidine 78.5% total efficiency.Conclusion：Lansoprazole in the treatment of joint RE domperidone safe,effective and reliable solution.
