摘要
阐述了企业文化之间差异对供应链的影响,从中得到构建供应链文化整合模型的启示,进而研究了供应链文化整合的层次结构模型及优化模型。构建了供应链文化整合的指标评价体系,并运用层次分析法对整合的效果加以评价。
This paper analyzes the influence of business cultural difference upon the supply chain, sets up a supply chain cultural integration model and establishes its hierarchical structure model and optimization model. The paper also establishes the evaluation index system for supply chain cultural integration and evaluates the effect of integration using analytic hierarchy process.
