摘要
对万佳福后仓布置情况进行分析,针对万佳福货物多,货架少,设施少以及仓库管理不严格的问题,利用节省仓库面积最大化,仓库布局直观清晰等的布局规划方法对万佳福的后仓进行布局规划设计,提出了三种设计方案。
Through investigating the warehouse deployment of Linfen WONGEF Warehousing ＆ Supermarket, the paper deals with the problems afflicting the supermarket such as too large a stock on too few shelves, inadequate facility and slack warehouse management, etc., by maximizing warehouse acreage saving and arranging a visually and functionally clear-cut layout for the warehouse, etc. and proposes three implementation plans.
