临床路径因其在成本控制和质量保证上的卓越功效,广泛应用于各临床科室。在泌尿外科中,前列腺增生、前列腺癌根治术、肾移植术等病种应用临床路径比较普遍。队列研究显示,它确能在保证医疗服务质量的前提下,降低平均住院日和平均住院费用;但其临床作用机制仍需深入探讨。我国泌尿外科临床路径的研究现存在病种单一、应用面狭窄、缺乏系统性等不足。需营造适宜的内外环境,推广临床路径的应用与发展。

Clinical pathways are broadly applied widely,due to controlling costs while maintaining the quality of care.In urology,benign prostatic hypertrophy,radical prostatectomy,renal transplant and other operations have implemented clinical pathways nationwide.The results indicated the implementations really reduce LOS and cost,but its mechanism remains unclear.In China,the implementation is still in its beginning stages.Shortcomings reflect limiting in several single diseases or certain steps,lacking systematic studies.Create a favorable external and internal environment to promote the application of clinical pathway.
