医学信息专业教育存在的问题与对策

The Problem and Strategies in Medical Information Professional Education

经济、社会与医药卫生事业的快速发展迫切需要大批高素质的医学信息人才。以山东开设医学信息专业的院校及国内其他院校为例,剖析了医学信息专业教育在课程体系、教学内容、招生规模、理论指导等方面存在的问题,进而从确定合理有效的课程体系、充实优化教学内容、适度控制规模与发展速度、提高学科理论水平等方面提出了提升专业教育质量的改进策略。

The rapid development of economy society and medical and health sector urgently needs a large number of high-quality medical information personnel.This paper analyzes the problems of the professional education in medical information professional education from the curriculum system,teaching content,enrollment scale,theoretical guidance etc.Then the paper proposes strategic planning for enhancing the professional quality of the education from determining reasonable effective course system,optimizing the teaching content,controlling the size and development speed moderate and improving the level of the discipline theory.
