摘要 瞬时受体电位(TRP)通道是一类具有6次跨膜结构域的非选择性阳离子通道,主要分布于感觉神经元,参与化学、温热、机械等多种形式刺激的感觉传导。近年来,TRP通道在内脏高敏感发生和维持中的作用备受关注。本文对可能与胃肠道内脏高敏感有关的TRP通道的研究进展作一综述。 Transient receptor potential(TRP) channels are a broad group of nonselective cation channels with sixtransmembrane domains.These channels mainly localized in sensory neurons,serving as chemo-,thermo- or mechanoreceptors in sensory pathways.Recently the involvement of TRP channels in initiation and maintenance of visceral hypersensitivity has attracted more and more attentions.This article reviewed the progress in study on TRP channels related to gastrointestinal visceral hypersensitivity.
