ICIQ-SF问卷中文版与尿动力学检查的相关性研究

目的为了评价尿失禁对患者生活质量的影响,国际尿控协会开发了ICIQ-SF问卷。我们将其翻译成中文版,再次有效化,并评价其在确定尿失禁类型中的诊断价值。方法将ICIQ-SF问卷翻译成中文版,并再次有效化。患者完成问卷后接受尿动力学检查,其尿动力学结果与ICIQ-SF问卷的第6个问题进行比较。用Kappa(k)检验进行分析。结果 ICIQ-SF问卷中文版很有效。其检验-再检验稳定性良好,内部一致性良好,对改变反应良好。问卷与尿动力学结果一致性良好。问题6(漏尿可感知的原因)是尿失禁客观病因的一个很好的指标(Kappa值0.77)。结论 ICIQ-SF问卷中文版是评价尿失禁的一个有效、可靠的问卷。除了能评价尿失禁对患者生活质量影响,它还具有诊断尿失禁类型价值。

Objective To measure the impact of urinary incontinence（UI） on individual＇s quality of life,the English Short Form of International Consultation on Incontinence questionnaire（ICIQ-UI Short Form） has been developed,which consists of three scored and one self-diagnostic questions.Our aim was to translate the ICIQ-UI Short Form into Chinese,re-validate it,and test the diagnostic value of the questionnaire in determining the type of UI.Methods ICIQ-UI Short Form was translated into Chinese and re-validated.All patients underwent urodynamic tests and the results were compared with their responses to Question 6 in the ICIQ-SF.Both sets of answers were compared with the Kappa（k） statistics.Results The Chinese version of the ICIQ-UI Short Form was found to be valid,with excellent test-retest reliability,internal consistency,and responsiveness to change.The questionnaire correlated well with urodynamic findings.The perceived cause of leakage（Question 6） was a good indicator of objectively proven cause of incontinence（Kappa value 0.77）.Conclusion The Chinese version of the ICIQ-UI Short Form is a valid and reliable questionnaire for the assessment of UI,which can assess the impact of UI on individual＇s quality of life and indicate the cause of incontinence.
