盐酸坦索罗辛治疗输尿管远段小结石的临床研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的评价盐酸坦索罗辛(哈乐)治疗输尿管远段小结石的临床效果。方法 73例输尿管远段结石的患者随机分成两组:A组36例,采用叶金排石胶囊0.8mg/次,t.i.d;B组37例,采用叶金排石胶囊0.8mg/次,t.i.d,加盐酸坦索罗辛(哈乐)0.4mg/d。观察结石排出率、结石排出时间、强止痛剂使用率、外科干预率、副作用。结果 B组与A组在结石排出率、结石排出时间、强止痛剂使用率、外科干预率方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸坦索罗辛有促进输尿管结石排出的作用。
