西宁市区1478名中学生心理健康状况分析报告

Analysis Report about the Mental Health of 1478 Middle School Students′ from Xining City

以中科院王极盛教授编制的中国中学生心理健康量表(MMHI-60)为研究工具,采用分层随机抽样的方式,以西宁市区7所中学1478名中学生作为调查对象,其调查结果表明:(1)西宁市区中学生在反映心理健康水平的总均分等指标上高于常模,心理健康状况不容乐观;(2)心理问题的总检出率为44.99%,和全国相比检出率较低;(3)男女生在心理健康总水平方面无明显差异,但男生在几个分量表上的得分显著高于女生;(4)随着直系家庭成员缺失程度的加重,学生的心理健康水平在降低;(5)普通中学学生的心理健康水平低于重点中学学生;(6)高一学生的心理健康问题最严重,其次是初三。

The survey used China＇s middle school students＇ mental health scale （MMHI- 60）, compiled by Prof. Wang Jisheng from Chinese Academy of Sciences, as the research tools, applied stratified random sampling method and chose 1478 middle school students in 7 middle schools in Xining city as its investigate objects.The results show that： （1）the mental health level of total indexes of the urban middle school students in Xining is higher than the average level,which is far from being satisfactory; （2）psychelogical problem total detection rate is 44.99%, which is lower than that of other province; （3）boys and girls do not display obvious difference in the general level of mental health,but boys in several part scale significantly higher than girls; （4）the deterioration of the mental health of the student grows worse along with loss of the immediate family members; （5）average middle school students＇ mental health level is lower than that of key middle school students＇; （6） 1 st grade students＇ mental health problems in senior middle schools are the most serious,followed by 3rd grade students in junior high schools.
