综合医院开展糖尿病看图对话教育的现状调查

Survey on implement of Diabetes Conversation Map program in tertiary hospitals

目的了解综合医院开展糖尿病看图对话健康教育的现状及其影响因素。方法对湖南、湖北及江西三省71所三级综合医院79名曾接受过糖尿病看图对话教育培训的辅导员进行问卷调查,了解各自实施糖尿病看图对话教育、患者参与、辅导员培训以及影响实施的因素等。结果 89.9%的调查对象对糖尿病看图对话健康教育形式和内容评价良好。影响糖尿病看图对话教育开展的三大主要因素是缺乏足够数量的经过培训的辅导员、缺乏足够的DM看图对话工具、医院供DM看图对话教育的场地有限。结论糖尿病看图对话教育作为一普遍认可的教育模式,需要加强辅导员的培训,包括DM专科和非DM专科医护人员;也有必要加大力度将该项目推广和普及到所有医院、社区,让更多的DM患者获益;辅导员参加后续培训和参与DM看图对话教育项目的经验交流,进一步改进教学技巧。

Objective To assess the implement of Diabetes Conversation Map program in tertiary hospitals and to explore factors influencing the implement of it.Methods A questionnaire was used to survey 79 expert counsellors who had been trained on how to practice the Diabetes Conversation Map Program.Participants′ practice of the program,involvement of patients,and training program provided for participants,and factors influencing the implement of the Diabetes Conversation Map Program,were investigated.Participants came from 71 tertiary hospitals of Hunan,Hubei and Jiangxi provinces.Results Totally,89.9% of the expert counsellors spoke highly of the methods and contents of the Diabetes Conversation Map Program.Three major factors were frequently reported by the expert counsellors：lack of a sufficient number of qualified expert counsellors,lack of the conversation map,and limited space for carrying out the program.Conclusion It is necessary to accelerate the training of expert counsellors,including diabetic specialists and non-diabetic specialists.It is also paramount to popularize the Diabetes Conversation Map Program to all hospitals,and communities in an attempt to benefit more patients with diabetes mellitus.
