高校专业硕士招生热,为何遭遇考生报考冷的困顿呢?高校热,主要是基于我国硕士研究生教育,由以培养学术人才为主向应用人才为主转变的需要。考生冷,主要是基于对专业学位重要性的认识不够,专业学位研究生教育定位不清,培养条件与经验比较缺乏,师资总体水平不高,专业学位与职业或岗位任职资格之间的衔接不够紧密,质量保证措施尚不完善,收费比较高等。对于专业学位研究生教育存在的问题,需要有一个认识和改革过程。

This paper analyzes the penomenon that postgraduate student enrollment begins to decrease,and find the causes for it： undergraduate students do not fullly understand the importance of professional master degrees;postgrudate schools do not have clear definition of their education;postgraduate schools lack sufficient training conditions and experience;general qualificaions of faculty need improving;postgraduate school education is not well fit to jobs or professions;measures to gurantee education quality are not enough;tuition is too high.All in all,it takes time to study and solve the problems in the postgraduate students education.
