摘要
文化管理把文化当成一种宝贵的管理资源,通过刻意打造富有特色的组织文化,以求从根本上提高管理活动的效率。在我军基层部队实施文化管理,就是为了充分发挥先进文化对我军建设的统领作用,按照管理活动的结构,重点从管理主体、管理客体、管理中介如何形成合力的角度,来打造组织文化,提升战斗力。为此,必须以贯彻落实当代革命军人核心价值观为统领,以创建学习型组织为载体。
Culture is studied as an important management resource in cultural management. Cultural management refers to construct a distinctive organizational culture to promote essentially efficiency of management. Implementing cultural management in grass-roots unit can bring advanced culture into full play. The point is to build an organizational culture in order to improve the joint capabilities based on the structure of management, especially, the ways of forming composition force by object, subject and medium of management. Therefore, the core values of contemporary armymen has to be implemented to construct a learning organization.
