摘要
该研究采用问卷调查法,对145名飞行员的心理应激状况进行了调查。研究结果表明:航空兵飞行员心理应激处于中等略偏下水平,这与以往类似的研究结果是一致的;航空兵飞行员心理应激在婚姻状况、立功受奖、对工作喜欢程度、驾驶飞机类型等方面存在显著的个体差异。这一研究结果提示在对飞行员的管理过程中,关心飞行员的家庭婚姻状况,通过立功受奖的表彰来激发飞行员对本职工作的热爱,非常重要。
The study examines the psychological stress status of 145 aviation pilots by questionnaires. Its findings show that the psychological stress level of the pilots is generally lower middle, which is consistent with the results of previous studies. There are significant individual differences in the psy-chological stress of pilots in marital status, meritorious service rewards, preference to work and different aircraft types they operate. The findings suggest it is important to pay attention to pilots' marital status and to reward those who perform a meritorious service.
