摘要
针对精制棉传统生产工艺中压榨脱水存在的问题,对比精制棉与硝化棉的特性,提出精制棉离心脱水工艺流程,并就双级活塞推料离心机的特点、工作原理及进口的料浆浓度处理进行了较详细的讨论,为精制棉离心脱水机的进一步研制奠定了一定基础。
By comparing the properties of refined cotton and nitro-cotton,the paper proposes the process of refined cotton centrifugal dewatering technology in order to solve the problems of press dewatering in the traditional refined cotton manufacturing technology,and discusses in detail the characteristics,working principle and inlet slurry concentration of two-diameter piston push centrifuge,which lays a definite foundation for further development of refined cotton centrifuge.
