慢性阻塞性肺病的抗炎治疗进展 被引量:8

摘要 气道和肺部炎症是慢性阻塞性肺疾病发病的重要环节。本文重点讨论以吸入糖皮质激素为基础的抗炎治疗。研究发现,低剂量的茶碱可以提高组蛋白去乙酰化酶(HDAC)的表达并诱导其活化,从而减少炎症因子的表达,增加激素作用的敏感性,解除激素抵抗,间接发挥抗炎作用;而磷酸二酯酶抑制药(PDEI)可增加细胞中的cAMP含量,降低炎症细胞的化学趋化性、活性、脱颗粒和黏附作用,从而发挥其抗炎作用;此外,还讨论其他新开发的抗炎药物。
