1%安备双硫磷颗粒剂控制城市内河蚊幼效果研究

Effect of 1% abate granules to control city inland river mosquito larvae

目的了解1%安备双硫磷颗粒剂对城市内河孳生的致倦库蚊蚊幼虫的现场杀灭效果和该药物控制缓慢流动水型孳生地蚊虫孳生的持效期。方法将1%安备双硫磷颗粒剂用纱布包好,按2～5 g/m2投放在城市内河的缓流区河岸边的水体中,观察内河致倦库蚊蚊幼密度变化及药效持效期。结果 按2～5 g/m2剂量投放于河流后的1～11 d河道中的致倦库蚊蚊幼虫密度下降率均达到100%;3条试验的内河灭效大于80%的持效期为17 d。结论 1%安备双硫磷颗粒剂2～5 g/m2剂量可持续控制城市内河缓慢流动的水体中致倦库蚊幼虫,有效控制时间在2.5周左右;第19天控制效果明显下降,3条内河的控制效果也出现了差异,RPI值分别为:18.30、59.295、4.65;第25天时密度下降率分别为:42.3%、23.2%、9.7%;表明药物浓度降低后,由于内河水流速度和水质混浊的影响,使得后期药效存在较大差异。

Objective To observe the killing effect of 1% abate granules to control the city＇s inland river breeding Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae on the spot and the persistence of the drug control slow flow of water-breeding mosquito propagation.Methods On the 1% abate granules with gauze wrap,treated by 2-5 g/m2 to slow flow of the city river bank＇s water region.Observing the density change of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae in the river and the drug efficacy persistence.Results 2-5 g/m2 abate granules was threw into the river,the density of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae had all decreased by 100% from the first day to the tenth day.The density of Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae in the three river decreased by 80% for seventeen days.Conclusion 2-5 g/m2 of 1% abate granules can control Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus larvae of the slow flow of river water in the city,the effect can last for 2.5 weeks;the control effect decreased significantly in the nineteenth day.Control effects of three inland river＇s differences also emerged,RPI values were 18.30,59.29,54.65;the decline rate of density in the twenty fifth day were 42.3%,23.2%,9.7%.This indicated that with the drug concentration reduced and because of the river＇s flow rate,water turbidity effects have made great difference in late efficacy.
