摘要
目的测定南通市区褐家鼠凝血酶原时间(PT)。方法PT测定采用仪器法。结果 平均PT值(以INR表示)为1.4,褐家鼠与大白鼠PT差异有非常显著性(P<0.01),雌、雄鼠比较PT无差异(P=0.945),地区之间存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论褐家鼠PT值范围为0.80～2.29,PT值存在着地区差异。
Objective To determine the prothrombin time（PT） of Rattus norvegicus in Nantong urban district.Methods PT was determined by the way of instrument.Results The average value of PT（INR） was 1.4.No significant difference was observed between Rattus norvegicus and white rats（P0.01）;some difference was observed between female and male rats（P=0.945）.Significant difference was observed between the rats in two district（P0.01）.Conclusion PT values of Rattus norvegicus in Nantong urban district is 0.80-2.29.Regional differences appeared in PT values.
