摘要
比较研究在氮/磷胁迫下小球藻(Chlorella vulgari)的生长反应,应用Monod方程考察氮(N)、磷(P)营养盐对小球藻生长的影响,分别计算得到小球藻对总磷(TP)的半饱和常数KSP与对总氮(TN)的半饱和常数KSN。结果表明,KSN>KSP,说明TP对小球藻生长的影响大于TN。N/P比值达到60的时候,小球藻细胞浓度达到最大。
Experimental Study has been conducted to investigate the impacts on the growth of Chlorella vulgaris from, phosphorus and nitrogen respectively. Specially, the Kse and KSN , which represent growth effects from phosphorus and nitrogen, were obtained by using the Monod Equation based on experimental results. The study suggests that impacts from TP overtake that from TN, with KSN 〉Ksp. While the level of Chlorella vulgaris peaks when the ratio of N/P reach 60.
