双亲IGF2-H19基因座甲基化遗传差异在非侵入性胎儿亲子鉴定中的应用

摘要 本项目主要通过检测IGF-H19基因座甲基化遗传差异选择性扩增母血中的胎儿父亲DNA,直接利用母血进行亲子鉴定,克服传统的羊膜腔穿刺等创伤性诊断方法,建立非侵入性亲子鉴定的新方法.
