800例自身抗体核型检测结果分析

摘要 自身免疫性疾病（autoimmune disease,AID）患者血循环中针对自身组织器官细胞及细胞内成分的抗体,称为自身抗体[1].自身抗体是AID的重要标志,自身抗体的检测对于诊断和鉴别诊断AID,判断疾病活动度、判断预后、观察治疗效果和指导临床用药具有重要的临床意义,而ANA核型的判断对于疾病的诊断具有重要的参考价值.现把我院检测的800例自身抗体结果分析如下.我实验室在全国自身免疫室间质控评比中,成绩均是优秀.
