摘要
目的观察“改良皮肤准备”在妇科术前准备中应用的必要性。方法将100例妇科手术病人随机分成实验组（50例）和对照组（50例），分析两组手术部位皮肤消毒后细菌数，术后切口愈合情况。结果两组患者手术部位皮肤消毒后细菌数均为0，术后切口愈合程度差异无统计学意义（P=-0．155）。结论改良皮肤准备不影响皮胰消毒效果及手术后切口愈合效果，能减少病人不必要的不适和痛苦，具有一定的优越性。
Objective To observe the necessity of applying the improved skin preparation before gynecologic surgery. Methods 100 cases of gynecological surgery were randomly divided into two groups, 50 patients in each group. The bacteria number after skin disinfection in surgical site and postoperative wound healing of two groups were analyzed. Results In two groups, the bacteria number after skin disinfection in surgical site was 0, postoperative wound healing had no significant difference in statistics （P=0.155）. Conclusions Improved skin preparation does not affect the post- operative skin disinfection and wound healing effects, which can reduce patients unnecessary discomfort and pain, and has certain advantages.
