个性化心理护理对64例经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术围术期患者的影响

Effect of Personal Mental Nursing for 64 Cases of Peroperative Patient of Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumour

目的探讨个性化心理护理对经尿道膀耽肿瘤电切术（TURBt）围术期患者焦虑，抑郁，疼痛的影响。方法将64例TUR．Bt围术期患者随机分为观察组32例，对照组32例，对照组采用传统心理护理方式，观察组采用个性化心理护理方式，分别在两组患者术前、术中、术后采用Zung焦虑自评量表，Zung抑郁自评量表，疼痛”视觉模拟尺”进行对患者焦虑，抑郁和疼痛的测试。结果术前两组患者焦虑．抑郁和疼痛的测试结果均无明显差异（P〉0．05）。但是，手术当日及术后心理反应测试结果显示，观察组的焦虑，抑郁及疼痛评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论针对TURBt围术期患者不同的心理特点，采取个性化心理护理干预，可减轻甚至消除忠者的心理障碍，增强其自信心和自控感，促进其心理应对，减轻疼痛，有效保证安全度过围手术期起着重要的作用。

Objective discuss the effect of personal mental nursing on anxiety ,depression and pain of preoperative patient of transurethral resection of bladder tumor Method Divide 64 TURBt patient into two group , one is observation group and one is control group,we will use the traditional mental nursing for observation group when the individuation mental nursing for control group and use the Zung anxiety self-evaluation form ,Zung depressed self-evaluation form and pain＂visual analogue scale＂for the test of anxiety ,depressed and pain in the preoperative,intraoperative ,postopera- tive~ Result there were no significant differences in the test of anxiety ,depressed and pain in the preoperative between the two groups,the results indicate （P〉0.05）o but, as the results of psychological response test on the operation day and postoperative turn out the score of observation group is lower than the control group in the test of anxiety ,depressed and pain,（P〈0.05）.Conclusion according to the psychological characteristics of TURBt patients, it is important to use personal mental nursing intervention,it could dispel patients psychological barrier, make the patient have more confidence and can complete control theirself, teach them how to get a correct psychological solution ,to relieve pain and to make them safe in the preoperative period
