孕妇学校教育对产科质量的影响

目的了解孕妇学校教育对产科临床情况的影响。方法以参加孕妇学校教育的331名孕妇作为实验组，进行系统培训。同时随机抽取同期仅进行门诊产前检查，未经系统培训的孕妇260例为对照组。以孕妇孕产期的发病率，剖宫产率、母乳喂养率为指标进行卡方检验。结果实验组孕妇妊娠贫血、妊娠高血压疾病及早产的发生率显著低于对照组，实验组剖宫产率明显低于对照组，实验组纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组。结论开办孕妇学校是提高产科质量的有效途径。

Objective to explore the influence of Health education in Pregnant woman＇s school on the quality of obstetric. Methods 331 cases of pregnant women who attend the women pregnant school and 260 cases of pregnant women who did not are taken as observation group and control group respectively, the difference of rate of caesarean ,complication in pregnancy and breasffeeding between two groups were compared by chi square test . Results the rate of anemia in pregnant women, pregnancy-induced hypertention , preterm birth and caesarean in observation group are significantly low as compared with control group , breastfeeding rate is significantly high as compared with control group.
