臂丛神经阻滞麻醉致局麻药中毒的抢救护理体会
摘要
臂丛神经阻滞麻醉应用于上肢手术中，有时会因麻醉药误人血管引起局麻药中毒，轻者出现头晕、头疼、耳鸣、胸闷，继而出现紧张、烦躁不安等精神变化，重者出现呼吸、心率加快，血压升高，牙关紧闭等症状。我科自2010年1月-2010年11月共发生3例在臂丛麻醉穿刺过程中出现的局麻药中毒反应，因抢救及时未发生严重并发症。
