微螺钉种植体周围炎动物模型的建立 被引量:1

摘要 目的:建立犬微螺钉种植体周围炎的的动物模型。方法:郑州大学动物中心提供雄性健康杂种犬4只,于犬上颌骨植入自攻型微螺钉种植体32枚,在颈部缠绕正畸橡皮圈和4-0手术丝线4圈以诱导炎症。分别于术后1、2、4、8周处死,制备骨标本,光镜观察结果。结果:1周时微螺钉种植体周围牙龈粘膜组织均表现明显的红、肿等炎性反应,在光学显微镜下观察可见种植体颈部周围出现大量的炎性细胞,种植体中部及尖部仅有少量的炎性细胞;随着时间的进行,成纤维细胞、胶原纤维增多,纤维排列紊乱,毛细血管增生。结论:丝线拴扎法对于种植体周围炎的诱导是可行的。 Objective:To establish an amanal model of peri-implantitis.Methods:Four male crossbred dogs and thirty-two micro-screw implant.There were inserted into by the seif-driving microscrew in the maxillary,cotton ligatures and rubber were placed around the healing-abutments to make infect.These dogs were sacrificed at one,two,four,eight weeks in excessive anesthesia respectively.The bone-implant samples were made and were observed under optical microscope after HE stained.Results:One weekly,the microscopic features of experimental group were chronic inflammatory changes in the crevices of the implants.Varying degrees of fibrous tissues can be seen.The inflammation was less mild in middle than in crevices of implant.Conclusion:Peri-implantitis model may be establish by cotton ligature.
